- Participate in on-call technical support as required.
Sales & Commercial Support

- Serve as the technical lead on customer calls, bid reviews, and technical qualification meetings; translate customer well plans and operating requirements into equipment configurations and service scopes.
- Prepare technical proposals, product selection recommendations, and application write-ups supporting quotes, tenders, and RFPs.
- Deliver lunch-and-learns, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to customer drilling, completions, and engineering teams.
- Support new product introductions and field trials at customer locations and convert successful applications into recurring business.
- Prepare post-job performance reviews, case studies, and value documentation for internal and customer distribution.
- Provide technical justification supporting pricing and scope discussions; escalate commercial terms to Sales leadership.
- Gather competitive intelligence and market feedback and relay it to Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
